Pool Liner Replacement

When it is determined that a pool’s vinyl liner is damaged beyond repair and leaking or a customer feels that their pool’s vinyl liner is unappealing and faded, a QUALIFIED pool professional is required to install a new liner. The process of installing a new liner is very complex and requires great expertise and experience. Unfortunately, the majority of pool services providers perform this activity improperly and sloppily because they are UNQUALIFIED and UNPROFESSIONAL. The outcome of their shoddy workmanship is a finished product that looks terrible or fails altogether and leaks. In both cases, the work will need to be redone, which is very costly and time-consuming. Our pool liner installations are unmatched as it relates to quality because we pay strict attention to details and do the little things that other pool services providers refuse to do. The finished product speaks for itself. A “base” pool liner installation is a process that consists of the following steps that take place over two separate appointments:

  1. The old pool liner is removed and cut into smaller pieces so they may be disposed of in plastic garbage bags provided by the customer or placed in small piles in a location that the customer chooses.

  2. The sand base is regraded, and any weeds, roots, stones, rocks, pebbles, and debris are removed from the sand base to prevent puncturing of a new liner.

  3. The new liner is fitted and installed via suction to the pool wall.

  4. Approximately 6 inches of water is filled to allow the new liner to stretch and conform to the pool’s structure and interior for two to three days.

  5. The installation team returns after two to three days to cut out the skimmer and pool return openings and reattach the skimmer and pool return to the pool wall.
